   Firstly, let me show you my own personal before and after pictures :

   All body types respond to different type of diets. But from what I’ve seen, the calorie diet seems to be the most comfortable and most promising.
   A full day consumption of calories is 2,000. So keeping within that range throughout the day is very helpful, along with excersize. I’ll say more on excersize in a moment:
   I know 2000 calories doesn’t sound like much, but cutting back on your meats and increasing vegitables and fruits is the best way to stay full and within your limit. Yogurts, eggs, apples, oranges, strawberries, cucumbers and tomatoes are the best things for everything – low in calories, low in fats, and all of that is FANTASTIC for the skin, hair and nails.
   And instead of buying regular mayo, salad dressings, colas and such, go towards the lowfats and diets, but as far as drinks go, water is the best bet. You can get 24 bottles of water for 3.97 at Lowe’s (here you can anyways) if your tap water isn’t at it’s best. And if you feel the need for sodas, try to stay to the ones with no caffine as well.
   You can still eat meat, but just try to bake instead of fry and go for the lighter meats. Dark meats have lots of fats and oils that the body doesn’t really use fast and ends up building up in the body.
   You can still eat out at fast food restaurants. But ask for their menu. Like McDonald’s papers that go in their trays, on the back has every product they sell, and it’s calories along with salts, sugars fats and carbs. Keep up with the sugars and salts too. Less salt is better but don’t cut it out completely.

   For me, exercising was the hardest thing due to time and equipment. Palate’s tapes and dance workouts are always a fun easy way to get the heart pumping. And remember, pain is your friend, but don’t over-do it. And make sure to not let the aches you’ll get in the beginning to discourage you. I assure you, the aches usually last about 3 days as long as you keep constant and regular exercise. Even fidgeting is said to burn at least 80 calories a day!

   Just remember to not starve yourself. If you feel the need to lose weight a bit more quickly, just cut the calories to 1000-1500, but don’t go any lower than that or it could seriously affect your health and immune system.

   I don’t have any websites or biggest looser links at the moment, but I will try to keep it in mind and see what I can look up!

   (This may be a bit much, but I find it helped). If you have bowel troubles, or are irregular, a stool softener can even take off 4lbs.

   Weigh yourself once a week so you can really see the big change and keep a chart so you can see how well you’re doing. And take a photo like I did. It’ll show you a big difference and good to look back on as a reminder to keep up your healthier habits

   Just don’t get discouraged within the 2nd week. Most people can work their ***** off and not lose a single pound or even gain on the 2nd week. And your first week should be your biggest loss. After that, 3lbs to 6lbs should be a healthy range. Don’t lose too much too quick, again, because it could be very hazardous. Also, an ideal weight goal is a good idea to start. I would suggest googling your height’s ideal weight. Myself, I’m 5′1 and my ideal weight should range around 122lbs. I weigh 120 so I’m were I need to be.

   I hope this was helpful. I know it’ll be a bit hard due to the eating holidays coming up, but trust me, you feel great and a lot more energetic in the end! Good luck on your quest to weight loss

   Let me be clear. There are a lot of foods you can eat that will aid in weight loss. I don’t want you telling your friends that Roace Cooper said that you can only eat 12 foods on a diet. Eating the Food I recommend is almost like eating negative calories and you’ll get the proper nutrition you need while you’re trying to lose weight.
   Water – Let’s start with the basics. Water is one of the most important things to have during a diet. Yet often times, people disregard it for its simplicity.
   Spinach – This vegetable is a high-octane vegetable filled with nutrients, minerals, anti-oxidants, and high levels of iron, calcium and lutein. It’s also an excellent source of fiber.

Calcium is vitally important to keep your bones strong while you’re losing weight. Broccoli is also a negative calorie food. Therefore you’ll burn more calories digesting it than what is actually in the broccoli itself.
   Kale – Like broccoli, kale is a negative calorie food. It’s also super high in fiber, aiding in digesting food and cleansing the colon.
   Tomatoes – Technically a fruit that is full of vitamin C and high in antioxidants that help build and maintain the immune system. During weight loss, it’s easy to get run down.
   Eggs – Starting the day with a high protein food will give you instant energy. As far as fat burning properties, eggs have been known to burn fat in that ever frustrating tummy area that plagues a lot of people. The B12 found in eggs is excellent for breaking down fat and turning into energy. Some of you might be a little fearful of having too many eggs in your diet for fear of raising your cholesterol levels. However, high protein and low carbohydrates will actually keep your cholesterol levels low.
   Beans – Navy beans, kidney beans, lima beans and white beans have extraordinary fat burning benefits. They’re high in fiber, protein and in iron, another vitamin that is needed for energy.
   Green Tea – Green tea has natural antioxidants called catechins that aid in weight loss. Drinking a cup of green tea can help fill your stomach when you’re hungry and also boost your metabolism.
   Salad – One of the best ways to get nutrients and feel full without adding high calories, is to eat salad every day.
   Fruits – Fruits may be high in natural sugars, but many of them are also high in fiber. Apples, pears, pineapples are sweet snacks that have high nutritional and weight loss value.
   Lean meat – Less frying and more grilling.
   Soup – Having soup for lunch or dinner can greatly aid your weight loss program simply because soup has a lot of fluid in it which can give you a feeling of being full.
   Cinnamon – A lot of people suffer from sudden sugar cravings. Studies have shown that just a little bit of cinnamon sprinkled on toast or oatmeal can keep you from having a sudden spike in insulin, making you crave sugar.
   High fiber foods – Foods high in fiber help give you a feeling of fullness after you’ve eaten. If you feel satisfied, you’re less likely to reach for a snack and break your diet.
   Oatmeal – A quick bowl of oatmeal in the morning will have a lasting affect throughout the morning. Add a dash of cinnamon to it and you have a winning combination.
   Salmon – Omega 3 fatty acids help aid digestion and are known to help get rid of unwanted belly fat.

   I have lost 50 lbs. in 3 months and I know this will work. Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, eat your last meal 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. Do not starve yourself or your body will go into survival mode where anything you eat will be turned into FAT. This will help you a lot but if you want more results you can exercise 3-4 days a week,For exercise try this (it worked for me ) include weight training and especially cardio (walking especially running).
