Besides to go to gym every day, to pick the right food is very important. Apple (Red or Green Color)

Hi,
I searched High and Low for a diet that would work for me and couldn’t find one.
I wanted one where exercise was NOT part of it and I wanted to eat normal foods and not have to count calories or points etc.
This is NOT a sales pitch I am just an ordinary guy who wanted an easy diet. I lost 38 pounds in around 9 weeks and I really don’t feel like I am dieting.
