i say a good weight is 180 for your height

I’d say with your height, anywhere from 160-200 is a good range. Generally, the last 5-25lbs are what give people the most trouble.
Also, the ideal weight for you depends on your age. If you are a teenager, a healthy weight could be anywhere from 140-180.
GOD Bless you and Good-bye.
