Control your daily meals. You should know the calories level on all your daily diet. Do some exercise as example jogging every morning, cycling or walking and etc.. This will help to burn some fat on your body and increase your metabolism.

Many people say 30 minutes a day is enough. I’d say you should start with 30 minutes and switch to 60 after the first week.
You don’t need to go to the gym, you can just walk or ride your bike as there are multiple levels of intensity. For instance, slow walking is not so intense. But running with a bike at 25kmph is very intense (and fun as well).

It will be very difficult trying to lose weight without proper diet and exercise but i guess you could always try one of those diet fads as they might probably last for a month or two then you can use your new found confidence to head to the gym and SWEAT!
